Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy:

Zappnex reserves the right to terminate any project under any circumstances. Clients must adhere to the following terms regarding project cancellation:

  1. Clients may place a project on hold for up to 10 days. If the client remains unresponsive after the 10-days hold period, the project will be canceled, and no refund will be issued.
  2. Projects cannot be refunded after three (3) revision requests have been made.
  3. Any project paid for using fraudulent payment methods will be immediately canceled without eligibility for a refund.


Notice:

If either party is unable to fulfill the terms of the agreement due to circumstances beyond their control (e.g., natural disasters, illness, force majeure events), the project may be paused or rescheduled.

 

Refund Policy:

  1. Zappnex reserves the right to cancel any projects that have not been initiated within ten (10) days of purchase. Regardless of circumstances. If the initial concept has been shared, any refund request will not be entertained.


Refund eligibility will be void if: 

  1. The client requests any design revisions, signifying project continuation.
  2. The client has been unresponsive for more than ten (10) days.
  3. The client availed a discounted or promotional offer.
  4. The project was marked for urgent completion.
  5. The client has filed a dispute or chargeback.
  6. The project was outsourced to Zappnex by a third party.
  7. The refund request stems from issues unrelated to Zappnex or the project.
  8. The client experiences disagreements with business partners, changes their mind, or hires another company for the same project.
  9. Upon receiving a refund, clients forfeit the rights to use any designs, concepts, or materials shared by Zappnex. Unauthorized use of such materials will result in legal action.
  10. Any duplicate payments will be fully refunded without delay.


Notice Requirement:

Clients must provide at least 10 days notice in writing to cancel services. Failure to give sufficient notice will result in a fee of 30% of the remaining service fees for the month.
